The first thing we had to do is to explore Daya within. While exploring Daya we found that his Problem Solving Skills and Creativity level is really awesome. So while exploring various careers aligned to his strengths, interests, personality, orientation style, emotional intelligence, etc. we gave him various career options where he found design an interesting choice for him. So he had a deep dive in the career of Design. And finally, he found his spark in design and was sure that this is what he really wanted.

After that, the major thing he had to do was crack entrance exams to get admission in a reputed design institute. So we helped him in doing that with our mentoring support in such a way that his regular studies don't get affected and hinder his time. So we helped him develop relevant mindsets, developed study skills so that he could enhance his learning, provided him with various resources, and guided him with the right preparation approach for his design entrance exams. We kept tracking his preparations till the day he was ready for his next big step.
